best mh for 35

What would be a good mh light for my 35 gallon?

What are the dimensions of the tank . . . this makes a big difference.

its a 30 wide X 12 X 24 deep

Well, you're in a tough spot. MH bulbs really are most effective over a 24" wide area. At 30" you're definitely over that . . . to get even light distribution, you'd really need 2 bulbs, but lets be honest, who wants to run 2 MH over a 35 gallon tank.
Also, at 24" deep, you'd be pushing the limits of anything under 400w. Personally, I think I'd go for a single 400w MH, and supplement that with some T5's.
