I wanted to find out what everyone thought was the best protein skimmer for my 29 gal tank. I am also wanted to find out what everyone opinion was on having one on this size tank.
Thanks
Whatever you do, DO NOT get a biocube protein skimmer. Even if you have a biocube these guys do not work. I've had mine for awhile now it has not done anything. I ended up ordering an Aqua-C remora like these guys are recomending. I've done a lot of research and foud that is best fit for my 38 gallon.
I will jump on the bandwagon and add my vote to the Remoras. Have been using one on a 29g for a couple years with excellent results. FYI, It may take a couple days to break in.

I will actually watch the bandwagon drive by as I recommend an octopus 100 bh. Remoras are good though.
I just hooked up a brand new oct100bh to a 35g and I had some nasty stuff within 24 hours. It's still breaking in. I'm happy so far.

I have an Octopus bh 100 and it was working as soon as I plug it in really nice skimmer for the price
