Best pumps

Whis is better.....Rio or Mag pumps? I'm going to be using it as a return for my Sump/fuge.

I don't have either one, but I have heard people complaining on these threads that the RIO's burn up.

i hear mixed things about rio, my friend at work has had one for a couple of years now and said its a good pump but others say they suck, i used a mag for a week but got rid of it because was way to loud
im going to get a rio for my new tank since they are in my price range and have the 400GPH rating im looking for, for my new tank im going to be setting up
