best salt...

i am currently using reef crystals but am going to be heading to my lfs in a second to buy some new salt....are reef crystals good or is there another type of salt which is better?

Tropical Marine PRO salt, best salt I have ever used. Corals and just about everything else responded to the switchover, noticed increased growth.

I use instant ocean but I dont know if its any good or not. So far havent had any problems with it. Interested in the replies!
