Best treatment?

Would it be more efficient to treat a sick fish with store bought medicines or cleaner wrasses and gobies?

With out knowing how the fish are "sick" we cant really help you. water prams and what the fish look like are the things we need to know also pics are always good at helping to find out what is wrong. When I read this I may come off like a ---- but know the listed things well help us out to help you

none of my fish are actually sick i was just wondering for the future, which would be best? but for the story's sake and past reference lets say its ich.

Hyposalinity is the ONLY effective treatment for ich that is actually going to eliminate ich, and not cause problems down the road.
I repeat again, Hyposalinity, not the 'snake oil' of the week, is actually going to solve the problem.
