Best type of overflow box?

I'm starting a new 300 gallon L shapped tank and I'm unsure what type of overflow box to put in the tank where to put it out and how many to put. It will be a reef tank wifi LPS on one half and SPS on the other I'm looking for a lot of flow so I need a powerful overflow box

You really should consider drilling your tank. You will be happy you did for a few reasons. The obvious reason is your reduce risk of a flood and it looks better IMO.

when setting up your sump remember to adjust water levels to prevent floods.
for instance "fail" (plug, break syphon, etc) for drain/overflow. the sump should run out of water before the display floods.
And that type of adjustment applies to any drain/overflow.

Agree with beaslbob.....I don't think there's a 1 fit all....bottom line is make the correct adjustments and no issues with flooding.
