Sorry guys/gals, I almost missed this one. I still drop in quite often, although I mainly lurk in the aggressive forum:D
Sweettooth162: The article is now up on that cichlid site. There is also a copy of it on my home page, but the one on the cichlid site looks much better.
If you have any questions after reading the article, feel free to either post them, or email me at nacnacmxr2@aol.com

hey 357, the guy that inquired about it was actually from Napa well Calistoga...Jerry ????? christ I can't remember, he does something in contracting. I built him a refugium, he liked it, and asked If I could do something a little bigger for the entrance way to his house. I would had to have assembled the darn thing in his house, and like I told him...this is a hobby for me, I can't promise a seem would stay, being as I've never done that...He said he might be able to score a sheet of acrylc that size , and if I would still be interested. Never heard back from him, I got a can of IPS weld-on #40 with his name all over it if he ever calls me back. I would love to build something that big, and not on my dime.

NOVICE150, just gotta ask ya...how much do you have to top-off/replace water a day?! That's an awesome tank! Good job!

jinky3dper:
The system looses around 6-8 gallons per day. I have a 50 gal reservoir set up with a float switch that is kept full of RO water at all times. When it's low, I simply flick a switch which controls a pump in the reservoir, and top off.
