best way to oxygenate the water?????

what do you guys think is the best way to oxygenate the water? id really like it to be nice and healthy. thanks!

Yep, protien skimmer and surface movement, water travelling to a sump or wet/dry as well.

That will get the oxgen into the water...but you still need to get the oxgenated water "distributed" to all areas of your tank...
"Turning over" the dead (low flow) zones with oxygen rich water...down to the bottom, behind and between the rocks, over the surface of the sand bed...
And then back "up" to be re-oxygenated (gaseous exchange)...

well i dont have a protein skimmer or a sump....
i used one of my micro pumps to break the water becaus3e my fish seemed to be breathing very rapidly and i figured this would work.... and it did, within a few hours they were all fine. but i just wanted to make sure that i can oxygenate the water best as possible.

Maybe my brain is shut down since its a weekend, but what do you mean by micro pumps? An air pump and airstone?
