Beth, I have no plans to run experiments on my DT. When I have the chance, I will try Quinine Sulfate in a QT, in a controlled environment, without any inverts. This way I can first see if it will work or not.
I think that it is a good idea, if you are going to experiment with this medication, to do it this way. An experiment in a well established quarantine tank is certainly the way to go if you are going to try. Trying out medications that you know very little about in your display tank is just not a good idea. Especially when there are conflicting stories about how effective the medication is and what it will or will not effect.
