Puffer watch continues, and I live on the edge as a result.

The leading cause of cloudy eyes is water quality. Check ALL your parameters and make sure they are within acceptable limits. A puffer with cloudy eyes can mean a water q issue.
It can also mean disease but I would elminate the water q issue first. Try a careful water change and see if he improves if it looks like he is bad shape.

For marine animals, brine shrimp have about the same nutrtional vale for as a Famous Amos Choclate Chip Cookie. Brine lose most of the desired nutritional value within the first sevarl hours of their life. Try feeding mysis shrimp instead. Only the newly hatched frey have the desired nutritional value. Once frozen..and who knows when.....consider it a Famous Amos treat only.
