I thought bicolors have the same diet of lawnmowers, am I wrong? I have a 100g tank with plenty of rock with green algea on it, I belive the algea is hair algea. My lawnmover is nice and fat but the bicolor I just added is looking very thin. Tonight I tried to feed him green algea sheets but he would not take. I resorted to frozen brine shrimp which he was gobbling up or at least seem to be eating. If you have suggestion I could use some help.
FYI: the other tank mates are not bugging him.

no they don't have the same diet as lawnmowers. i would keep adding frozen food for the bicolor, but switch out the brine for mysis and add a formula 1 or 2 frozen.

Thanks for the help. Maybe you can help me understand why everything I find on the web under bicolor blenny diet show they are an algea eater? Your advise seems to be working but I'm still confused on this topic.

i haven't seen bicolor blennies eat algae sheets in an aquarium. lawnmowers do. they also don't eat hair algae as well as lawnmowers do. that being said, they still need vegetable matter. formula 2 frozen would be a good choice.
they are algae eaters, just not like a lawnmower, in my experience.
