Just wondering.......anyone have any comments on the BiColor Blennies
I have a fish only tank 80 gallons, stocked with 3 damsels, 1 clown, 1 neon goby and 1 shrimp cleaner
Are the BiColor Blennies easy or hard

Mine doesn't bother anyone, although the LMB and the bicolor will chase each other once in a while.....easy cool fish IMO
Not a picky eater...pig actually

I have a Neon Goby, Purple Firefish, Corel Angel, Clown and a Bicolor Blenny. The blenny is by far my favorite fish.
Very easy! Great personality!:jumping:

These guys are really shy but really cool. The only other type of fish they will bother is other blennies. Or if a fish enters its territory it will chase them sometimes but other than that they are very friendly and easy to care for.

do the Bicolor blennies prefer live rock or not. I don't have live rock in the tank yet. in reading another thread, I got the understanding that they like live rock only.

Is it true that the blennies will live together with pistol shrimp? Do you guys have any together? Or is that just for gobbies?

I have a Bicolor (although he's only 1 color). Thinking about getting another, will they get along? I have a 33 gallon.

The bi color blennie shoul dhave been called a clown blennie....He sure can play the part. Very comical to watch, and always into something or other, or just perched on or in rocks watching his world go by, flutteringhis eyelahes / brows, and rolling his lips. Mine will occasionally give my snails and hermits a fit, as he likes to knock them off the rock if they get to close to his hideouts, other than that he is about the largest consumer of food of all the fish in that tank, and has yet to spit much of anything out once its in his mouth.....Easy keeper for sure. Mine especially loves sheet algae as well.
