I want something bigger to round-off my 55 gallon tank... I have tiny fish atm. How's about a volitan lion (dwarf maybe?) or a Fox Face?
Fish Stock:
2 False Percs
2 Green Chromis
1 LMB
1 Yellow Tail Damsel

I'd look at the dwarf angels.

One of the dwarf angels or the dwarf lions would look nice. Be careful with the lion, if it gets too big, it'll try eating the damsels and chromis for dinner. I also like my Blue Hawaiian Spotted Puffer. Real personable guy. He's picked on a couple of my snails, but other than that, he's been fun to watch. First to greet me at the front of the tank when I come by. If you don't get too attached to your fish, you can do what I did and get a small blue hippo tang (1" - 2"). It ends up growing too big for the 55, but once it does, you can use it for trade bait at your LFS. You can also go with the Purple Tang. They grow to a maximum size of 6". Get you a small one, and he can stay in there for at least a couple of years or more.

Yea, i would try a dwarf angel, Maybe like nice coral beauthy. I love the coloring on them and they would be a rather large fish compared to the others you currently have in your tank.

Thanks for the ideas! I'll go looking through the dwarf angels.... I lost my coral beauty, she did a carpet dive and I feel awful but I'll check out the others.

Yea, thats why I built a canopy for my tank. I have super hyper six line wrasse that likes to start off from the bottom of the tank and speed up to the top and jump occasionally when feeding them. And with a 30" tall tank you can imagine the speed he gets.

Dwarf angel would be good, they get fairly large, if you add a volitan it's a matter of time before it's the only fish in the tank, and it will outgrow a 55 in a matter on months

If you like lions, a dwarf (IMO, a fuzzy) would be fine. It may sound funny; but that damsel could be real trouble for any fish you decide to add.

The weird thing is the damsel was the first fish I put in there and she gets her barbs up when I put in a new fish but that's the extent of it... she hides most of the time anyway... I got a whimpy damsel.
