Big night last night

Two fighters from my gym had fights . Both of them won in dominating fashion . Yesterday afternoon at UFC 95 the owner and head instructor Nate Marquardt won his fight with Wilson Gouveia by Technical Knock Out at 3:10 in the 3rd round . He landed a brutal knee to Gouveias face that opened a gash under the left eye . This puts Nate in a top spot to fight against the winner of the Anderson Silva vs Thales Leites , for the UFC middle weight championship .
Last night at the UWC Cody Donovan def. John Doyle -- TKO (Punches) 2:33 R1 Donovan took Doyles back and Rained down punches until the Ref steped in and stopped it .
Sorry, But I just had to express how proud I am of my coaches .

thats great. i have not watched the fights from last night. but that still cool. i thinking about taking bjj. theres a place called champions mma right down the road from me. i love mma, but really dont have the time.

HAHAHA you know what my motto is when it comes to fighting ? ? ? When somebody wants to go outside , I tell them to go out and start with out me I'll be out in a few minutes .
