But seriously how the hell did you catch a fish, id think they'd swin away from any kind of net... Ill have to watch how the dentist in nemo did it lol.
I wouldnt think it would be illegal to catch a fish thats in a public ocean... unless its a endagered species or something.

When i lived in key biscayne, i went out and caught fish all the time and put them in friends tanks my tank....etc...its not illegal...taking rock is...but honestly if your going in your back yard...no one can really do anything, nor are they going to notice. when i lived in fl, my tank had live rock from my back yard, as well as i got my ocean water from the ocean. all my crabs...everything i caught myself. Made keeping the tank insainly cheap. But now that im in south dakota i pay out the butt for stuff because im in the middle of nowhere.
