Biggest Royal Gramma?

What is the biggest royal gramma you guys have seen? I picked one up a few weeks ago that is 4" or so and I am beginning to think he is a terror. Since adding him I have found 2 chromis and a peppermint shrimp on the carpet....and I assuming the only reason they would end up there is because something is chasing them. I've never seen one this big and I will hate to have to get rid of him but I can't have him terrorizing the tank!

My LFS has one that's probably 5-6". The think is at least 1" in diameter as well. Freaking huge.
Have you seen it getting aggressive? Mine is only 2-3", but gives the big, open mouth to my clown every now and then.

Good gracious. Most places say 3" is around the maximum size for them. I have seen him chase the strawberry pseudochromis a few times and he runs pretty much everything away from cave he has claimed. I haven't seen him show any overly aggressive traits, but I don't see any other reason for green chromis and shrimp to be carpet surfing.

My lfs has one that is 4 1/2" from tip of nose to tail it is huge. I never thought they got that big but wow it is huge. One thing I also noticed is that now that its that big the colors are not as bold and beautiful, don't know if anyone else has noticed this on the big ones.

Well I have never seen any over about 3" or so other than mine. His colors are still pretty nice but the one thing I did notice is that his scales are so old and large they look more like armor plates than pretty fish scales. Some are raised more than others, so he definately is not as attractive as a smaller gramma. He also has a pretty nice set of teeth!
