What model skimmer do you have? I am thinking of upgrading to a Euro-Reef CS 8-1 or 2 for my 120 gallon tank. Just curious what model you are running on your 150.
Also - do you know where to get the knock-off Euro-Reef skimmers? I think they are designed by someone who used to work at Euro-Reef. Thought I may try one of them if they are less expensive.

I just ordered a Euro-Reef CS 6-2 from Bob at Reeffanatic. He told me that it will be more than enough for my 120. He has not steered me wrong yet, so I hope I made a good decision. I don't have room for the 30" skimmer, and not sure that I could get the 8" diameter skimmer in there either. Thanks for the input. I will let you know what I think when I get it.

Just ordered a CS6-2 and am designing my sump for it.
What is the optimal water level for it?
I wish the Euro-Reef website had the information AquaC has.
By-the-way. You can never have too much skimmer right? I have a 55 gal with 29 gal sump/refuge.
I aught to be able to handle a pretty good bio-load though.
