Bio Balls Yes or No?!?

I'm no plummber either but I made my own, after a couple different designs I got it right. Not hard to make once you've done a couple.

Thomas thanks for the info in this post. I had post a thread about this and I think I am goign to stick with my bio balls, live rock, and refuge set up that i currently have because if i put live rock in my sump the ditritus with build up in the rock just as it would build up in the bio balls. Just need to keep the filter floss clean and it should be fine.
