bio load help

Short of removing a fish, What is the best way to reduce bio load from overstocking? is there a specific "cleaner crew member" (shrimp, crab, sbail?)? that is best to help reduce excess "poop" and high bio load? Its a 36 gallon reef tank that has been running for almost a year. Thanks for the help

A large type filltration would do it.
i have a 36 as well, and i used a 110g fillter.
works perfect
(Also there are some chemicals that might reduce it as well)

No, there is no cure for overstocking other than getting a larger tank.
