next store neighbor bought some to kick start his 125, he asked me to post for him, it says to add to water (liquid base) and also says you can instantly add fish.
any info would be cool, thanks

I have used this product in the past to quickly cycle a QT tank. It worked for me with no ill effects. Just make sure the product has been refridgerated and that all of the instructions are followed. I believe it includes something about waiting 24 hours and not protein skimming during that time.

I used both SW and FW Bio-Spira and love it. The SW tank has been up and running for 1 year with no problems at all. I set the tank up filled it with water added the Live Rock and Bio-Spira they went fish shopping.Added 2 fish that evening.
