BioCube 29 problem

Hello, a few days ago one of the ballasts in my biocube went out. I have called customer service twice and each time been sent to voice mail. i have yet to hear back from anyone from their waranty department. has anyone else has this problem?

I haven't had the problem with the ballasts, but I have had your problem with customer service. I left voicemails, I sent an email and didn't hear back from anyone by later that day, so I called again and made myself very clear to the person answering the phone that I needed to speak to somebody because my tank had a leak and it was what I considered an emergency.
She got me to somebody right away.
Call again and insist on speaking with a live body instead of voicemail.
By the way, the email I sent to them was responded to 2 days later... :mad:

i had my 29 biocube for just 4 months when a balast went out. but i got my tank from a GREAT lfs who just traded me hoods and got me a brand new hood good luck with the cust. service

I've had the same problem in my 14 gallon but when I called it was during their business hours and they sent me a new one and had me send the old broken one back took about a week to get it, keep trying
