BioCube and Loc Line

Does anyone know what size Loc-Line would fit for a 14G BioCube, 1/2" or 3/4"?
Also would either of these sizes fit nicely on the stock return of the BioCube or does there need to be an additional mod?
Lastly would the Loc-line fit a Hydor Flo or would there need to be a mod?

I at one time wanted to do the same thing. What I opted to do was add an additional powerhead. Hydor 1 is what I'm using. Works great and stock return is left alone.
