Got some more LR yesterday, tank looks like its really comin along. Got some brown algae grow with is a good sign. When will the purple coraline grow? It probably wont be soon right. I also picked up 2 more blue hermit crabs. Thier shells are white so i always can tell where they are, the other 1 kinda blends in.
Can someone please post? Just a comment would be nice, so many view, so little posts, and most of the posts are mine....

hey sfoister
Leaving you magnetic glass cleaner in you tank could be a mistake.
Magnets contain iron........i believe that iron oxide is a bad thing, but i
could be wrong
That red sponge is sweet....maybe it got its color from the excess iron in
your tank j/k
The tank looks great.

Before you say reply about this post please read the whole thing!
I went to another LFS and they had a small yellow tang (maybe 1 1/2 inches). He looked really nice and healthy. Could I get him and then when he's too big put him in a bigger tank (hopefully ill have my own bigger tank) or trade him to LFS? And if i did how long would it take for him to get big? Years right?

He would grow fast. I would not get him unless your sure he would have a large tank within the next 2 months.

Didnt want to worry about the tang and finding him a bigger home after awhile. i went to LFS and they had a beautiful bi-colored angel. I asked about him and they said he will be ok and get along with my other fish. So my last tank member, Bi-Colored Angel!
Dont have camera thats why i havent been posting pics
Can some1 comment?

The bi-colored angel has been very shy. He is hiding in the rocks all the time and just coming out sometimes to eat some algae off the rocks and sides of the tank. But when he does come out the swims and looks so beautiful. Ill try to get some pics Sunday or Monday

Well its been awhile since I updated with some pics. I'll take some in a bit. I just got a small cleaner shrimp. I was more LR in the tank. Im all done with fish. I have 2 small true percula clowns, sixline wrasee, royal gramma and a bi-colored angel.

I just released my cleaner shrimp into my tank. Then right away my angel went over to him. Then cleaner shrimp has been cleaning him for about 5 minutes now. All the other fish are following them looking for a turn. It really is cool how it happened right away

some pics would be cool. how are the angle and the six line getting along? Six lines can be very aggressive. I've had terrible luck with anglefish. The cleaner shimp should help. Do you plan on getting anything else for the tank. I think your full on fish.
i also have a 29g tank. i have 2 percs, bluesided fairywrasse, 1 neon goby (had 2, tube anem ate one), and a blue devil damsel that is separated from all the others. I need to get rid of the blue devil but haven't gotten around to it.

Sorry about the pics, ive been swormed with work from school. Im my angel and sixline are getting along fine. They dont hang out together but they dont bother each other either. Yes, im full with fish and i plan on getting more inverts. I will probably et a T-5 lighting fixure sometime and get some corals.

sounds like you have everything under control. I look forward to seeing pics of your tank. If i were you i would not get an anemone, i regret getting mine but am stuck with it. Clowns will host in other corals like frogspawn, mushrooms and other that i dont know about.
