Black Algae question

I have recently, one month, purchased new and stronger lighting for my 120 gallon tank. However, I am having trouble with black algae all through my sand and on the rock also. What can I use or do to get rid of this for good????

It is probly cyano you probly need more flow in your tank. I think blemmy was having a problem with this? If im wrong chime in blemmy.
