the one with black color is an offspring of an older cross litter?
or you are showing the eggs as the offspring?

Okay so the scientist in me is dying to know: When you breed a black ocellaris with an orange one, does one color dominate in the offspring?

Looks like neither color is dominant. It's turning out to be about 50/50.

Percula is a different species than Ocellaris. Don't confuse common names with species names.

Their area in the wild don't overlap a far as I know. I have seen offspring of their hybrid though and some can be quite striking. All of their hybrids are sterile though. Try a search on Jigsaw Clownfish.
