Black bubble creature on my lr

I need help to identify what is that thing on the lr. I thought it was just an air bubble, but it's not. I tried to poke it, it was hard, a little bubbly, I guess. It is black, and there are two of them. I just noticed it today.
And couple of days ago, I saw another creature walking on my lr at night. It's so small that it can goes in and out of the holes in the lr. It looks like an ant.
Are those things good or bad? If it is bad, how do I remove it? I have a sally lite foot, will it eat it eventually?
Thanks,

If it looks like a dark black-green swollen tick it's most likely just bubble agae. It doesn't move does it?
The ant thing is just a copeopod (sp), a tiny beneficial crustaceon.

i'd have to guess the same as everyone else...bubble algae...most emerald crabs will eat it. DO NOT POP IT IN THE TANK!!! It will then spread like a wildfire.
