black bubble

i seem to have tehse black bubbles that are coming up between my buttons and have no idea what they are :thinking: there's one by my leather tree that is quite big and my mom felt it and said it was hard. the tank is 75 gallons and is 9 to 10 months old.
Ca 360 (trying to get it higher but these were here before it was low)
pH 8.4
trates 5
trites 0.1
ammonia 0.3
salinity 1.023-1.024
kh 240-260
our trates trites and ammonia have always been those numbers but we've ordered cleaner clams to see if they'll help.

trying to find my camera so i can show ya'll.. if it is bubble algea is there a way to rid of it?

I agree, but a photo would help.

my guess is its more dark green then black but anyhow chances are its bubble algae. to remove it just knock it off the rock and pull it out. try not to pop it becasue that will just spread it. surrprisingly they are rather sturdy little things.
