black cap gramma

Have a 46 gallon bow front as a reef tank with about 90 lbs of live rock and 40 lbs of ls. Currently have a long nose hawk, yellow striped maroon, tiger watchman, purple fire fish, dragon wrasse, and a six line wrasse. Also a couple of mushrooms and polyp corals. Thinking about adding a black cap gramma... Should I or should I stay away...

Hey,
I don't have any personal experience with the Black-Capped Gramma, but since you're not getting a huge response here I'll toss in my .02. According to "The Tropical Marine Fish Survival Manual", this fish is very territorial and can become so aggressive that it will bite the hand that feeds it. That's almost a direct quote from the book. Of course if someone here has actually had one they can probably help you more with the interaction with your other fish. HTH
Take care,
Dan'l :D

To me its sounds like its OK , but your tank might be a little crouded depending on how big the fish are , and how big they will get.
If the fish are crowded , they will fight over there territory.
