Also he has a spot looks like ich but it hasn't spread and seems it getting smaller. i thought he might of scraped himself on the live rock . here is a pic.

Hmmm
Did this fish eat at the store before you bought him? It sounds like you are doing a good job of offering a variety of different foods to him. Keep that up and hopefully he will accept it. Also, you might trying feeding him and stepping back from the tank a bit so that he is not intimidated by your presence....
The picture doesnt look like ICh to me, but I am NO expert. The white spot looks larger than I would expect. Is there any other spots on his body? Did you quarantine this fish when you purchased him? Do you have other fish in the tank?

Thanks Sac- there are no other spots on his body. Yes, I quarantined for about an hour, floating the bag for 20 minutes and drip method for 40 minutes. The other fish I have is a 1- blue/green chromis, and 1- bicolor blenny.
I did not watch him eat at the lfs though. He acts like he is hungry but still doesn't eat, at least what I see. How long can a fish go without eating? I have had my bc for over a year now and there is plenty of algae on the lr.

i would say that fish is from the wild...as fish breed in the home aquarium do not fear humans at all, if he is wild you should probably leave, and that spot could be a boring parasite...get with beth on that one shes in disease and treatment most of the time

Spot could be lymphocystis. I have a maroon that has it right now and it is slowly shrinking and disappearing. Try garlic and different kinds of food. Mine strangely will only eat flake. I have tried mysis, rotifers, brine, and LifeLine Herbivore. It won't even check it out, just the flakes. He begs like a puppy when he sees the can of flake food in my hand.
Fish can go on hunger strikes though. My Shrimp Goby does it in QT even up to 4-5 weeks without food and then the day he goes into the DT he eats like a hog.

It seems like the the white spot has disappeared completely after two days. Still I do not believe he is eating. I am going to try real garlic tomorrow.

Glad to here his spot is shrinking. Sounds like a good thing to me....
I am surprised to hear he still hasnt eaten. I once had a very traumatic thing happen to my clown, and he went a week without eating. But then, he started eating again.
Try some live brine, garlic, whatever you can think of. Also, make sure no one is bullying the clown when he tries to eat.
Good luck! I hope he gobbles down the food!
