Black Ich

we're on day 4 of stop parasite treatment and the tang still the same # of black spots on him as day 1 and I'm sure it's black ich as it looks exactly like it's described. about 15 sortof raised black spots on him that appear to move a when he swims (like they're part of a worm or somthing that's hanging off him getting pulled by the current) next step might be formalin treatment, if we can catch the darn thing.. he's still eating like crazy and isn't really scratching so we're kinda stumped...

Are you using garlic in the food? What are you feeding the fish? What is your pH, kH, nitrates, and salinity?
