Black Slug ID? Cranberry special?

I've seen him in my frag tank before and thought it was a snail -- pulled him out today as he might be a culprit of munching on acros but not positive. Anyone know what it is? It's basically a black slug/snail like thing with no hard outer shell -- more firm on the back and sluglike on the bottom.
Oh, it's also sitting in water waiting to know if it's reef safe or toilet safe

Does it have any white on the top? Could be a scutus.

That's a black/dark shelled limpet. I would put that back in.
Scutus shells are white.

The animal in the picture is a Stomatella varia.
I'm just sayin'...

LOL.. OMG! That's what I meant to say! I went back to look at how I spelled it and saw I said limpet.
Well, at least the pic is correct....lol.
