My clowns appear to have small black dots all over them, any ideas?

More than likely just stings from a coral they are hosting in.

Hmmm maybe, but I didn't notice them hosting anything.

Anyone else know what may cause theese black spots on your clowns?

As Hex said, usually a melanism cause by a host that is not a natural host. IE: zoanthids, mushrooms, frogspawn.. Some pics would help
