Black Tree Anemone?

While at the LFS I found this. I think it's incredible and would love to buy it. However I can't seem to find any info on it. The owner of the LFS was very candid in telling me he couldn't find much either. Anyone have experience with one? I really need to know requirments, ie lighting, compatibility with other tank inhabitants feeding etc. I'm sure this is going to sell quick but I didn't want to reserve or buy it if my system cannot support it.

Do not be too hasty about wanting it, cure yourself of this desire. I'll put it simply. If you are hoping for an anemone/clown fish relationship then stick with the known anemones that can have this symbiotic relationship. You can find them under the inverts section on the left.
I'll do a little looking around myself, never seen a black one before but I would view it as suspect.

I did some research and only thing I found that came close is that it is a coral that represents an anemone .

I didn`t find a scientific name but found black coral and also called black tree coral .

Black corals, Order Antipatharia, get their name from the color of their skeleton.
Anemones, Order Actiniaria, dont have skeletons.
Not saying the above pic is of either...just helping. Im not aware of any black corals ( mostly deep water/reef clifs ) that look simular to the above pic but then, its not a great pic anyways...
lawman, can the LFS give you the area it was collected from and perhaps a better photo ?

I can try on the photo and I will ask where it came from tmrw.

Ask the LFS what the invoice said about it, how was it listed?

how much are they asking for it? 49.99? If I had a larger tank I would ask you to buy it and ship it to me. thats an uncommon one. damn my small 75g.....

Heyyy MY LFS has one of those.. although it is not black. Very cool color morph. Indeed highly venomus, the FS guy got whacked by it and had a rash all the way up his arm. The one at my LFS looks Identicle to the first pic on the google page on the first link. I was considered it for about 2 seconds, apparently not too friendly either.

I know, it's awsome. Unfortunately my limited experience and 55 gal excludes me. BTW yes only 49.99
