Sorry PerfectDark, but ocellaris and percula are not the same, although they are both Amphiprion.
But yes, they will breed. Any clownfish will breed with any other one.

Re-reading... my bad you are correct, I for a minute thought the question was B&W false perc and assumed the OP was referring to an orange and white false perc... which are both ocellaris. Although you are correct with mix species breeding id possible however to the new or inexperienced hobbiest not recommended. The success rate is drastically diminished when you mix species, especially the more aggressive ones. IMO an unnecessary process to put a clownfish through that has no other choice.

I am not really sure. I didnt follow any of the threads closely. I am not a big fan of hybrids even though I have a cinnamon/tomato hybrid pair that I have raised a few fry from.
