...just picked him up today...I was in the store several weeks back when they came in...I've been watching this guy for 4 weeks now....each time I was more and more tempted to get him....today one of the employees said..."I think another customer with a nano is going to take him...they were talking about it a few days ago"...I said...."bag him....he'll live in Wizardry Reef"....and it was done.
Thats all I needed to hear....that he was being considered by somebody else...I was scared he would be gone if I waited any longer. I wanted him 4 weeks ago but was being cautious about its health...every time I saw him at the LFS he was more and more tempting and more and more healthy looking......well...its a done deal now....these are the first pics taken.....the MH's are off and only actinics are on for the rest of the night but I wanted to post a couple of new arrivial pics....I am very pleased with the addition.
They also had 6 of the ORA "no stripe" perks in stock.......also very tempting!!!

Yup, that's because she's a black variant A. polymnus.
Sweet fish NM, ever gonna pair her up?

Could be, but the third bar in front of the tail is rare on the Saddleback, IMO never, more common on the A. sebae

NM do you know the species ??
Good luck with it.

The brown A. polymnus have one full stripe on the head, a white spot right under the dorsal fin, and no third stripe. The black variants, on the other hand, have three full stripes like NM's.
