yes, but if your blacktips are aggressive then you are going to have to choose wisely to you plan on cathin these and if u have aim we can talk about this faster mine is wakerider957

Are you going to make it out of cement. If I was doing that(I wish) I would make it like a inground pool and go snorkeling in it!!!!!
