Bleaching Live Rock

Hey guys!
Recently I decided to set up a freshwater tank, and I was curious how to go about bleaching my 200lbs of Live rock.
I know that I can just sit them in a vat of bleach but will
that get them paper white like the dead decorative bleached
corals you see in stores?
I want them to be paper paper paper white.
I guess my question is if anyone knows a
process to get them like that
thanks

If you bleach your LR it will most likely not turn out to be what you see in the stores. That stuff is made, and molded and has most likely never been in a tank.
You would be better off selling your LR live and then just buying that stuff from the store.

Bleach will kill anything organic I would bleach the rock not rinse it off leave it in the sun to dry for a day or two then hose it off very well add it to a bucket with some decorticator to make sure you neutralize any residual chlorine and put it in your tank it should be very white

i have bleached mine before after the live rock was already dead.
I let them soak in roughly a 15:85 solution bleach to water for 24 hours. then I took em out hosed em off. Let them sit out in sun for 3 days, the hosed em again, put em in the tank with my fish still in it and they were fine.
it comes out very very white but turns brown again after a while.
