The all eat alga, it is the main food for them. I can get mine to take algae from an algae sheet, but it makes short work of it, it would take two or three a day if it has no other source to feed from..

Mine eats algae. Also, sits on my heater, rocks, and even powerheads and watches the other fish. It's my dog of the fishtank.
