well i had 1 scooter blenny in my 140g tank so i decided to get another one. one is dark one is a little whiter.
everytime they meet up in the tank they stay together then the dark one opens his mouth and puts his fins up on his back and dances in front of the other one and then follows it around. is there anyway to tell if there male and female or has anyone heard of them mating before?? here are some pics.
see his fins up?

any suggestions/help/commetns R appreciated

Blennies don't tend to get along with their own species so I wouldn't pick out names just yet. If they were bought as a mated pair then that would be different. Watch for damage to the smaller one.

I am not a blennie breeding expert, so I do not have a positive answer for you on that. Does the smaller one have any torn fins? They have been wrestling a lot from the pictures. It could happen.

The tail fin is still intact right? Keep a close eye on it. Watch for damage. I hope that you do have a mating pair though
