Bloated Belly Syndrome???

Hello,
My Yellow Eye Tang has a swollen stomach and hasn't eaten in two days. Any ideas on what could be ailing him? All other fishes are doing well.
He was in hiding all day yesterday, but came out today. He looks pretty bad as his stomach is real swollen.
I have not changed the diet, so I don't think it is food related. Could he have eaten too much on a prior feeding?
I welcome anyones input. Thanks

don't mess with him just keep and eye on him . as for treating it i am not sure.but don't fuss with it.

Thanks for the input. It looks like he is going to kick the bucket, but hopefully he will pull through.
If not, it will be time to go get that Chevron Tang that I got my eye on.
