Blonde Naso, in trouble

I've had this fish for 2 or so years. Yesterday noticed a small spot, this morning this. Can I get some expertise on what this is and how I can treat it. He is still eating but hiding a lot more than usual.

Need to be more descriptive or get the pic uploaded. Try looking in the Diseased Fish topic at the top of the Disease Forum to see if you can find a picture that looks like your fish's problem.

picture has been added, my apologies for my confusion. haven't panicked about this tank in years, and I'm out of practice

Its harassment. You need to isolate the fish ASAP.

that fish is the newest in the tank and he's been in there 2.5 years. I've never seen him harrassed! He's the dominant fish in the tank as far as I've ever seen. I'll isolate him though

The quality of that pic was bad. If you can get another pic up that would be helpful. However, it looks like harassment. Can you describe what you are seeing?
Also, fish personality can turn on a time. Unpredictable.
