Blood Or Tubi-flex Worms?

Which is a better choice, I fed them many different foods. They didnt have Brine Shrimp Enriched with Spirilina so I grabbed some Blood worms. Wondering if I should have grabbed the Tubi-flez worms in stead. I have Krill and Mysis shrimp and switch up everyday.

Krill & Mysis are far better. Tubifex & Bloodworms are OK but the others make better food.

Ok cool, Thanks Bang. I give them a cube of Blood worms or Brine and a cube of Mysis or chopped up Krill. I always look at the precentile of Protein and Crude fat when I buy the food. Seems as though the Mysis and Krill are the highest in Protein. Looks like Im doing just fine then. Thanks again for the reply.
