Blue Actinct?

Ok I got my light upgraded, I know have PC total 196 watts. I have a 10k daylight which I love and my anemones seem to enjoy it too, and my shrooms... I have a Actinct Blue also but have not used it much cause it makes the aquarium al blue even with the daylight one on, and the anemones dont seem to like it as well, they kind of shrink! How long should I leave the Actinct Blue on, or should I get another 10k daylight, or a 50/50 to add to with the daylight?

if it is too blue then get another daylight. The 50/50 wont help imo because I think you would be adding more of each and it would look the same.
The anenomes should love the blue light as it penetrates the water better giving them more light. It sounds like you need to acclimate them better to the new lights. Start a few hours a day and gradually work your way up. Sounds like they are in light shock to me. HTH
