I read that it will go away on its own, but it has spread from his fin to where his fin touches his body.
Ammonia: 0ppm
nitrate: 10ppm
I feed daily a mix of
spiralina
formula 1 and 2
all soaked in vita chem and zoe
and nori sheets
any other suggestions?

only other thing i can suggest is try to get the trates down to zero, but you're feeding it well enough and that's the best thing.

It sounds as though you are doing everything correctly. Does the rock have ample algae growth? Is the tank lightly stocked?

It should get proper sponge based Angel-specifc food. Either, Hikari Mega Marine Angel or Ocean Nutrution Angel Formula. Sponges are esstential to long term health of large angels. I personally, like the Ocean Nutrution better. Cut the blocks into long slivers, no thicker then a pen ink tube and diced them up.
Don't enrich the food everyday. Mix it up, vitachem one day, both the next, then zoe only the next.
What timeframe are we looking at with the angel? How long as it had lmypho?

Agree that the particular dietary needs of this fish needs to be addressed. Also, use zoecon supplementation. Try doing a gal water change a day to get the nitrate down.

Right, I forgot about the dietary needs of an Angel VS. a Tang. My apologies. Zoe is very similar to Zoecon is it not? I have never used Zoe, but have looked at them both online. I, myself, use Zoecon and thought that Zoe was close. I have to wonder what else is going on though. Bergamer, is this the same fish that had HLLE?

Zoe is a vitamin supplement (highly recommended). Zoecon is a fats supplement (fatty acids, Omega-3, etc). I would say use Zoe once a day if you feed twice daily or every other day if you only do one big meal, and use Zoecon 2 or 3 times a week. (Use them both more if you're trying to add weight to a fish, fight disease, etc).

So Zoe is like vita-chem? He was using both. Zoe does not contain the fatty acid and lipids needed for re-growth, is that that you are saying? I am not going to look them both up and compare and contrast tonight. If there is a debate then I sure will be happy to research them both thoroughly. Fatty acids are essential in treating lymph. I still want to know if this is the same fish that had HLLE. Something is going on other than lack of purchasing the correct vitamins. This guy has been doing a great job with keeping his tank nice and continues to have issue.

Zoe is close. I have used both, and have seen zoecon work a bit better. It is thicker and, therefore, I think, stays on the food better once it hits the water.

Well, I prefer Selcon to Zoecon,(quality) and Zoe to Selco(quantity), so I use one of each brand. Zoe is heavily based off algae (spirulina and kelp) and indeed has some more vitamins/minerals that Selcon doesn't, calcium, magnesium, Vitamin A, etc. Selcon is based heavily of highly unsaturated fatty acids (marine lipids) that isn't in Zoe (plants/algae don't have much fat lol). Selcon contains a bit of Vitamin C as well, however I use Kent's MarineC daily.
As far getting the supplements on the food, here's what I do, prepare everything going into the meal (angel food, silversides, krills, scallops, etc) into a shot glass. Let that sit for about 45 mins, then put it inside my freezer. That way I can make an entire weeks worth of food one time, using different shot glass for each daily meal. Then when I use it, take it out of the freezer, let stand for however long it takes to thaw out and then strain the water out. Merely dunking the food in the supplement for 5 mins won't allow any marinating to happen and they'll just wash off once the food hits the tank.
Sep, so ya, basically Zoe doesn't have the fatty acids. I am fairly sure Vita-chem has both types of supplements available, vitamins or fats. I think they may label them one for freshwater (fats) and one for salt(vitamins). No sure what is going on with bergamer's angel either. The only thing I know of is he has not been feeding any sponge food, I'm really unsure how vital that is to proper angelfish health, but pretty important, I would assume. I don't know what else wild angels eat besides sponges and tunicates

I decided to throw the angel in my main display and the lymph vanished in a couple days. I am still working on the lateral line that is showing, but it is not getting worse.

I am glad that he appears to be improving.

A testament as to how environment plays a significant role in fish health.
