I have been thinking about getting the coralife 150 doubled-ended MH for my 29gal. Would this be a good amount?

They do tend to move a lot, and might eat fish, but if you do get it and the lighting, I wouldn't go over 175w. 250w will cause a lot of overheating problems IMO.

I watched one swallow a yellow tang @ an LFS. They move on a regular basis - tend to kill all but the hardiest of corals (read xenia) and spread out to be HUGE. If you get one and keep it alive and it gets established it will up and move one day on you.....
I don't think a 29 gallon is large enough for one .... sorry!
Now if you do get one and you get some clowns to host in it that would rock!
