Blue coraline?

I was just told there is a blue coraline algae. Does anyone have some scraping I could get? I can paypal the costs.

This is a great example of people believing what they want to hear. Personally, I have never seen, heard about or even read about a blue coralline. If I had heard the guy who told you, I would have simply thought he is colorblind and left it at that. If it does exist, it's new to me, but for now I would not believe one guy.
Maybe he thought blue-green algae was referring to coralline.

i was looking at my tank, and i noticed a little spot of cool coraline. it is like a minty green/light blue color. ill see if i can get a pic later

i have never of heard of blue before, sometimes the greens with have a blue tint to them but i believe that is mostly from the lights
i have only seen green/yellowish, red, purple, and pinks and all varied in color maybe thats what the person say a variation of a certain color that he thought was blue
or maybe TIZZO is right, maybe the poor

yeah in the bottom left...I have some greem/blue alagea but I think that's just from the lights. I asked my LFS about that and there was a person on ---- trying to sell blue coraline alagea, in the picture it appeared blue because of lights but in real life it was green. He then told the customer when it came to his door that it died and turned green.

i didn't think i'd have to crop the pic to find the blue. pretty obvious next to the white...guess not
