Blue hippo or powder blue?

So i took the achilles tang off my fish list. And i need to replace him with another. My son wants the hippo(dori), but he's 10 and will shortly get over that. I like the powder blue but heard they can be difficult and a little on the aggresive side. I certainly dont want anything thats hard to keep. But, I personally like the powder blue better. So which one?
Current tank mates:
1 bangaii cardinal
1 longnose butterfly,
1 blonde naso tang
1 blackcap basslet
1 ( gonna be 4) blue reef chromises
1 flame angel
125 gallon FOWLR

You always got to watch out when putting to tangs together. You don't want to have similar color or body shape or they can be aggressive. Even in 125 gallon.

I hope you plan on QT'ing ...whichever one you decide on. It could be a disaster to your other tank inhabitants to add either one without a proper time in QT. Both are prone to ich from stress.

screw the naso ( it will easily outgrow the 125 ) and get the hippo AND powder blue instead. I have a hippo and powder brown and they get along fine just make sure you get the powder last. they do not allow new comers. every fish I've added (4 anthias, midas blenny) I've had to take the powder out for DAYS otherwise he chases them non stop. Hippo's shadow for a few hours and go about their business. Hippo's are SUPPOSE to be easier but I havent found that to be so. they seem just as prone to ich if not more, more skiddish and take longer to acclimate to new systems.

IMO, A powder is more prone to DIE from ick than a Hippo..
I looked at both these fish when I was considering my stock list and chose the Hippo, actually got 2....A hippo is more hardy, handles stress better and more peacefull than a Powder but also is more active and grows larger and needs more room...

Both are beautiful fish, both have cons.
Hippos get ich more than like any other fish
Powder blues are very picky eaters (as I'm experiencing :(), which causes stress then ich

i have to go with the hippo, I have not been able to keep a powder blue healthy and alive. Tried twice. But my hippo is doing great and they are way more active than a powder. He got popeye and I figured he was a gonner but he pulled through and is A ok again
