Blue Linkia -- Blue Starfish...

I acquired this great looking starfish last week and noticed that he decided to climb all the way up the back of the tank wall and is hanging out at the top of the water line. Is this normal?

yep, often stars will do this, not sure of all species, but most i have seen do from time to time
