Blue Star Dead or Alive???

I got a this star from swf last wed. It was doing great, grazing all over the tank. Active and seemingly happy. It found a place on a rock and didnt move for a couple of days. I got worried so i moved it and to see if he would move. It been about an hour and all he's done is droop like this:Attachment 242156. Any thoughts?

have the other inverts started to pick at him? if so, he might be? also if his legs start to crack he mightbe dead. sorry, but the out look is slightly sad.

Doesn't look too hot.....How about some tank info....size, age, everything you can tell us about it
