blue tang help!

My blue tang has some weird spots surrounding its eyes. They are misscolored, almost look beige. i ve put medicine in for hole in head and ick, but still there. Any help?

It does sound like HLLE. Are the spots like faded areas, as if the surface skin has eroded away?
Do a search on Head and Lateral Line Erosion or HLLE here, there is a good deal of info.

yes, to answer your questions, but it does not run along its body like a "stripe", it is only in the head/gill region

That is not at all unusal for HEAD and Lateral line erosion...emphaisis on the head area. There are several causes and, therefore, various things you need to do to address the problem.

It sounds like I need to do a better job of feeding him, I usually only feed vibrogrow and some formula 2, maybe need to add something else?
